I also have issues with this company, I borrowed £600k for a property valued by them at £850k in 2006, they have a CCJ and charging order on my home for £768k and have retained the asset with no intention of selling it. They have spent £300k refurbishing the property and added to my account. I believe that they and their solicitors (Moore Blatch) have acted illegally and would like a solicitor to take this on as I believe that they and their valuers are guilty of professional negligence. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
