Thank you so much - they also have £110 for the van, which I also was not there for. It didn't take the garden shed (unsurprisingly) or the other items. Should they be charging me for that? Also this has now been passed back to the council. But of course they deducted these fees from what I had paid them. Can I approach the council about this?

Hi I have a breakdown of the fees from a bailiff which includes a levy fee. I have called and asked for clarification of what that is and was told it was when they made a list of my property when they visited. I explained that they never entered the house, and apparently the list includes my shed, garden table and barbeque. I never signed this (I wasn't here). Is this correct?

I have a problem with Rossendales too - they have collected £1000 from me and I refused to pay any more until they clarified the charges (over 250). They have now passed it back to the council and they have only been passed £700 ish of the money I paid to rossendales. Can they charge that much for collection of council tax?
