Hi there, thanks for your response. The repayment period was 5 years. I am hoping to repay it back withinm 2. Should I make a claim for this, what is the procedure for claiming? -

I took a loan from Welcome finance for 3.5k 2 years ago. I now want to settle and they are going to apply rule 78 to get a settlement figure. I think it is unfair. Will making a complaint help? -

The agreement was made in 2007 and it was for less than 25k, it was only for 3.5k. Is it still valid? -

Hi there, I have a loan with Welcome finance which I would like to pay early. I was told they calculate the settlement balance based on rule 78. what means do i have to contest this higher charges? -
I have recently tried to repay a Welcome finance personal loan balance early. I was told that the settlement figure would be calculated based on the Rule 78. I just read through what this means and found that the settlement value will be much higher than expected. What options do i have?
