  1. Hi All, If you could all bare with me as I am new to this site. My brother normally deals with this stuff for me but he is too busy and as told me to sort it myself. i have received a CCJ claim form from CL Finance. I have been bumbleing around the site and with my Bro's help have sent a CCA request and CPR 18 request as well. I was just wondering what advice you could give me re DEFENCE. On the claim form the "particulars of claim" are as follows:- The claimaint's claim is for the sum of £**** being monies due from the Defendant to the Claimant under a regulated credit agreement between the defendant and Barclay's bank PLC T/a Barclaycard under reference ************* and asigned to the claimant on ****. The defendant has failed to make payment in accordance with the terms of the agreement and a default notice has been served upon the defendant pursuant to section 87(1) if the CCA 1974. The claimant claims the sum of £****. Is there anything wrong with the POC? Any ideas how I should defend? Thanks.
  2. Thanks guys. Will keep you updated!! regards, Smithy.
