I have been logging in to this site for quite some time now due to various DCA letters I had received from companies such as the above plus Scotcall, Private and Commercial and a couple of others. My problem now is that I have today received a letter from Nelson Guest and Partners on behalf of Wescot Credit Services Ltd demanding payment of £1,063.52 within 7 days for a Barclaycard from years AGO. I have been on a payment directly with Barclaycard for £1 per month with frozen interest and have been for approximately 2 years, Barclaycard have never once said that they require me to pay more money and it is set up as a direct debit every month so are these cretinswithin the law to chase me for a debt that is already gradually being cleared. Any advice would be greatfully received as it is now becoming a stress to me that all of these companies seem to be coming out of the woodwork at the same time and as I only work for the NHS I have absolutely the minimum amount left from my wages every month.
