Ive been following the threads on this forum with interest and decided to try and get the letter charges removed from the arrears the SLC are chasing me for. I owe just over £600 and half of that is in charges so I thought id try the small claim method as detailed on this forum. I am only in arrears because the SLC couldnt read the photocopies of my payslips they made when I tried to deffer a few years ago. I have sent off for my CCA and SAR around two weeks ago, I have not recieved the SAR but today I was sent someone elses CCA. I note that they have to send me my CCA within 14 days, that time will be up very soon, have they broken any laws? I will let you know how my small claim goes when i get it started.
