Hello....I'm new here and it looks like I might have found the place to get answers to my question. My Grandson [23] had a Woolwich account as a youngster. He is now estranged from his parents and lives with his Grandad and myself. He needs a bank account for his wages to be payed into. Weve looked into the Basic Bank Account but he doesn't have utility bills in his name never having lived where he was solely responsible for bills. Does any one think his details from the Woolwich will be on there records now and if so could he access them......please. BG
