Hi, I'm writing on behalf of my dad...he has a bank of scotland account but can't find his account number or details to access it. We live in Northern Ireland so don't have a local branch. How can he go about retrieving his details? He's worried that if he tries calling them he has no way of proving his identity over the phone. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks
