  1. I am with the Clydesdale Bank, but hopefully they will do the same thing
  2. Thanks guys for your help and advice I'll get my letter off to the bank this weekend.
  3. Can anyone tell me, I live in Scotland and was hammered with bank charges during the month of April 2003. Now last year (2007) in May I sent a letter to my bank asking for a list of charges etc, the letter I sent included the following statement: I enclose the statutory maximum fee of £10. You have 40 days in which to comply. Furthermore, if I discover that you have levied disproportionate penalties against me then I shall be reclaiming them and also reclaiming the enclosed £10 DPA disclosure fee. I received the list in May 2007 but have not sent the letter asking for a refund. I understand that in Scotland only the last 5 years can be reclaimed. However the fact that I have already received the charges list which include the above paragraph, can I still go ahead and reclaim or is it too late?
