A few years back my partner got a letter from a debt collection agency to say he owed money from a bank account.He had no recollection of this account so we ignored it.The bailiffs etc were then called in and the debt escalated.We have since paid the debt but it makes me think that i was young and naive to have not found out the details.The debt agency was activ capital and if i remember right the debt was due to going a few pence overdrawn or something or other.Is it worth looking into it as its been around 6 years?Thanks for any advice as this is the first issue of many i have to resolve.Sam
