Bank penalty charges verdict - i noted that we might have to wait for another year before we might be able to claim overdraft charges from banks as the appeal procees might take as long as a year... not sure if i can wait that long or end up with more charges... perhaps a good side of this is to be able to claim an interest rate for another year on the charges occured if that cos possible.. lol...
