  1. Called MCOL and was told the garage entered their defence at the last possible moment. Although this does not show online. The case has been moved to my local court now. It will be interesting to see their defence.
  2. Not following you really. I only requested judgement once. Now it says it is rejected.
  3. Another update It now says Rejected Your judgment request has not been accepted. You are unable to take any further action online on this claim. Doesn't say why?
  4. Update. I entered the MCOL small claims process and the garage sent an acknowledgement of service so from what I understand they had 28 days to enter a defence. The MCOL claims page got to the stage were I was allowed to ask for judgement. "Your judgment has been submitted to the court for final validation before being issued." That was two days ago, but I've not seen anything else to guide me to closing this claim? Is it possible the garage would be leaving their defence right to the last second? Why would they say some weeks ago they intend to defend the claim if they just sit there for another two weeks and allow the time to run out?
  5. Feeling a bit less like I've gone mad now. Knew there was a basic principal missing here somewhere. Many thanks
  6. I collected my car from the garage and found it had parts broken and parts missing. I have asked them to refund me the costs to put the car right. My garage say it's not their duty because the damaged and missing parts "may" have been done by another company they sent my car to to have certain jobs done. I feel I paid my garage and it should be them who are responsible to pay me to fix things. Your opinions please
