My partner has got a mortage and a secured loan on her house which she brought with her ex-husband. they are now divorced and during the divorce proceedings it was agreed that she keep the house and pay the full mortage, and with regards to the loan they were to pay half each and this was written in the court order. She has been getting calls from the lender saying that only her payments are being made. She gave the company his address and phone number, and they said they would chase him, only the other day she recieved a letter from redcastle saying they were going to take her to court, this after phone calls from them saying that they had a product that she might be interested in so for her to call.??? So we are not sure what to do now, mark
