  1. you all are daft idiots you think that if you play dumb to a DCA that you dont owe any credit. get a life. Becouse you are daft and play dumb on the phone to them dosent mean you dont owe them any credit. losers. pay up.
  2. collections direct is the npower internal collections department ring thro on 0800 551 555 and ask for the collections department i think its closed collections.
  3. what they told you was correct, as your name was placed on the account you agreed to the debit on the account. fair enough you might not have been aware of this. as it wasnt a new account. What should have happened was you request a new account then sent in proof so you have a new account with effectivly a Zero balance. of credit and debit.
  4. ask them to contact actaris and enable e7, the r2 mode. is it a key meter.BTW i work at npower.as a pp advisor
