Has anyone dealt with this company before? I ordered one pair of shoes, returned them straight away and they then claimed the shoes are 'worn' and unacceptable for return - this is NOT TRUE. They do not have a showroom and do not want people to visit their premises to try on shoes to see if they fit. Would like to hear any dealings with this outfit and any action taken or being taken against them?

Read all the above posts with keen interest, am also going through the same situation here. Do you know if there are any links with this company and Carphone Warehouse or Vanilla Mobile? I will be looking to go down the small claims route here once the specified time period elapses - please advise on the process, as I gather it is 1) Write stating breach of t&c 2) give 14 days notice of response or legal action 3) fill in and send small claims court doc - anything else I'm missing? - and what information of Express Mobiles is required to file a claim in court, is a PO Box sufficient? Thanks in advance and lets ensure that these people don't get away with it.
