please ignore advise from ppl telling you creditors cannot enforce agreements if what you have requested is not provided, I work for a very large cc company and deal with ss 77/78 on a daily basis, i the section only applies to when your debt is sold on to a 3rd party, your creditors only need to send statements and a copy of orginal agreement, t&cs were sent out when yuo 1 st took out cc and was your responsiblity to retain these docs, cc companies will only send dcos out a few times, they wil lthen seek legal action, if your a homeowner you can have a charge put on your home then they can obtain a court order to force you to sell your house, I have saw this happen on many occassion,
