I applied for a loan with yes loans as i have a bit off debt i wanted to clear. I payed my 59.50 and was sent the forms so i sent them back. I then went on numerous forums and read that they [problem] you so i decided i wanted to cancel the loan. I have emailed them about 20times asking for a refund and they send me the same email saying ring us and lets progress with your loan. I then rung them and a guy promised me he had processed a refund and told me to ring back today and ive just got off the phone and the guy said that i cant get a refund for 3 months i dont know what else to do.

Hi, i currently owe hfo services 500pound for a barclay card debt. Im unemployed and cant afford to pay much at the minute and they keep telling me that they can only accept payment by direct debits, i only have a basic bank account so i cant have direct debits, ive offered to pay it in other ways but they said they cant do it. Now there threatning me with numerous charges and that it will go to northampton court. I get a call from them everyday but i have no way of paying it as they say i can only have a direct debit set up, has anybody else had any problems with the woman who keeps ringing me called trisha weaver shes a horrible horrible person i dont know how she sleeps at night. Something needs to be done about hfo services.
