bless you thanks for that, i could actually send the same one to sc.. it all sounds very scary and formal tht letter!! however it mentions several times about the cca being received that was not a true copy.. littlewoods have just not bothered sending full stop- should i just amend to suit? and do i have to send any further postal orders? Hi all In febuary i requestd a copy of my cca from littlewoods. To date i have still not received this, and the letters are getting nastier and nastier, legal actionetc.. but surely they cant do this? What letter can i send back to them in response to demand for full payment by 26/06? Ps its a DCA chasing me.. Oh yea one more thing studio cards- they sent a copy of a cca but it was definately not the one i signed as it had my present address on and i opened that at my parents address when i was living there.. they are still chasing me to and the cca was blatently forged? what cani do about these people im 6 months pregnant and i really dont need it!! help please!!! Hello everybody.. I have to say im rapidly becoming addicted to this site and its helpfull memebers!! So i sent off cca's to several companys and they didnt respond in time, now from said dca's and companys i have received default notices and further demands for payment. What is my next course of action regarding this? They are cheeky buggers they cant be a***d to reply to legal requests but can send out there own quite freely aggghhhh im so glad i started this battle with them! Any help as always greatly appreciated

yes i certainly will, i was also the same untill i came across this website, and gradually i am getting my confidence up, i sent out cca's to a few the other week, no response bar one (just stated they were noting my request and accoutn was on hold) and today i have received a pile of default notices fromn the peeps ive sent cca's to, now im not sure but i think that this cant be done since ive requested my cca and they have not supplied.. Will be scouring this site n the mnorning for the relevant templates to fly back at them, i cant belive i used to let these people get to me so much.. Balls to em.. Im just gonna sort out my prioity debts like ctax and stuff.. mabey then ill give the others a look in.. however one thing i have learnt, i wish i never was stupid enough to get n this mess in the first place!!! hindsight is a wonderfull thing

Hi all, I have a problem with a loan company trying to collect from me money i cannot afford to pay right now (but can in 2 months) they keep coming to the door, i dont answer, i know its them cus they leave me a voice mail, however they are not baileffs as this is an unsecured debt, its just the companys own in house collection people, ive sent them a letter to stop the phone calls, but how can i stop them coming to the door, i dont need it, im pregnant and i have a small child, i dont need the stress.. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much

Thanks for that, so to clarify they cannot send me requests for payment without a copy of the agreemant i signed is that correct? I take it can be a photocopy of the original cca, i am certain none of these ever gave me a cca just filled in application forms.. these do not count am i correct? If they have issued me with defaults do these have to be removed? And n the same respect do i have tro sign to aknolodge a default or can this be done without my knowlodge? Aside from TS is they any other action i take if i get a letter in the meantime? Thanks sorry for asll the Q's

Hello all, Im new, ill intro myself, im Sarah mum of 1 another on the way.. Im on the middle of sorting my life out i have a few debts and stuff that i want to get resolved asap, but some dca's have pushed me to the brink with there attidudes tht i have sent them all cca requests (as found on this website thank you very much) The problem is the time for a response is up andi have only had one reply to say that my request is bing dealt with and tht was in relation to my next directory.. Now the time is up what is my next step??? I really dont know.. If anyone could tell me where i need to go i would appreciate that Thanks again Sarah
