  1. Thanks forthe reply Raydetinu. We have been given another car however it is not the equiv of a top of the range Saab convertable, its a Vectra diesel The car has been fixed by the lease company (master lease) 3 times. They crashed the car on the way back from the garage. They are fixing the car without our permision and we still don't really know the extent of the damage. It's nearly two weeks that they have been fixing the crash damage. In total we have not had a Saab Convertable for over 2 months and we pay a premium for a luxury car. The lease company are saying that its the car and therefore we need to take the issue up with Saab. Saab have said that they have recommended to Masterlease that the car is replaced. We are seeking legal advice this afternoon, if anyone is interested I will post the outcome of this advice. Thanks Steve
  2. Hi All, We have a lease car through master lease, we are 8 months into our lease and the car has had numerous faults. Because of the faults we have not had the car for 2 months out of the 8 months. On top of this the car was involved in an accident on the way back from the technical repair centre. Saab are making repairs to the car and replacing the door, this was done without asking our permission, so we don't really know the extent of the damage. We no longer trust the car and would like it replaced with a brand new Saab. Does anyone know where we stand with demanding a replacement? If a replacement is not possible does anyone know the best way to terminate the contract? Many thanks Vic and Ste
