Minimal damage to each vehicle, the odd bumper crack and my girlfriend's bonet slightly bent up. Basically they are claiming whiplash (soft tissue damage), vehicle damage, misc expenses and something I can't quite remember (don't have letter, think its to do with time). Is this something which she should have any worry over? Her insurer (Tesco) is investigating the claim fully, and I would imagine this is something all insurer's are aware of and pay for with technology being able to highlight such an injury.
