Similar to this thread: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/insurance-assurance-companies/120884-dodgy-personal-injury-claim.html My girlfriend recently went into the back of another vehicle in rush hour traffic (low speed) and bumped into the car infront. Minimal damage to each vehicle, the odd bumper crack and my girlfriend's bonet slightly bent up. Basically they are claiming whiplash (soft tissue damage), vehicle damage, misc expenses and something I can't quite remember (don't have letter, think its to do with time). Is this something which she should have any worry over? Her insurer (Tesco) is investigating the claim fully, and I would imagine this is something all insurer's are aware of and pay for with technology being able to highlight such an injury. Thanks for any help in advance.
