  1. Thanks a lot for your help. But the website you gave me unfortunately doesn t include Scotland.
  2. Thanks for your answer. I will try to be clearer:wink: I didnt receive any bill during the time I was there, they all arrived after I left. So the landlord had to pass them to me. The landlord told me he will say that student are living there for the council tax. I m sure that the guy didn t let any money when he left, because he just left without saying bye. I m trying to find a arrangement with the landlord, because I shouldn t have to pay all the bills as I wasn t alone in the place. As the landlord doesnt seem very honest after all, I m wondering if he can prove I left in the flat as no lease had been signed between us.
  3. Hi I need some advice on how someone can prove that you lived in a place when no agreement has been signed between the landlord and you. I used to live in a flat from november 2006 to april 2007. The landlord was my boss. He put all the bill under my name. I was sharing the flat with an other guy from work who left at the same time as me the place. Because I was pregnant I stopped working. The final bills arrived in summer, so I asked my partner to give it back to the landlord as he could split them, because at the end I couldn t stay anymore with the other guy, so didn t talk to him, and I had to rest to not give birth early. Nothing has been done, and the other guy went back to France. Now I have phone calls to pay the bills, and I received today a second letter from Buchanan Clark saying if I don t pay now, they will go to court. The landlord also told me that I didn t have to worry about the council tax, but he gives them my name as well. Now, he doesn t want to hear about it, he saying things that are not true about the fact that the other guy left some money for that, and i was my responsability to make sure he did. Because I m honest, I just wanted the landlord to pay half of the bill, but as he doesn t seem very honest, I m wondering if the fact taht no ageement has been signed between us, I can us it? Thanks for your help. (sorry for the mistake I could have make in my sentences, but I m french)
