Yes i did this today went through all of my bank charges and totalled it up to how much has been charged since i openes the account.

One other thing The bank terms and conditions state that they can not charge more than around £105 a day. However they have charged me £170 in one go? I did not see how this is possible can someone shed some light on to this.

Should i find a way of paying all of this money or do i leave it and claim? will they still write to me if i have cliamed or will the account be put on hold untill after the test case? Its hard not to get worried when banks send letters to your house demanding over £1000 back.

I am in trouble at the moment with my bank, i am now over £500 overdrawn on top of my £1000 overdraft. Now i could pay this back in time but i am only 19 and i only went around £30 over my limit. However they have taken over £400 in charges for failed direct debit and now i just got hit with nearly £140 worth of charges. Will the bank write to me to pay this now includung my overdraft? Will they come to my house? I do not use that account anymore as it was a student account and i used the overdraft instead of a student loan. i simply can not afford to pay nearly £1500 in one go. its just not possible. i can pay so much in a month and possibley get it sorted within a few months however im scared they come to my house and expect the money there and then. Any advice please?
