Hi all. Have read some very useful and interesting info and templates for disputing private parking charges. Can anyone advise me as to whether the procedure is still valid if I parked in a retail park free parking area but accidently parked in a disabled spot thinking it was parent and child. GEUINELY !!!! This is with the above mentioned private company. Please help!!! Thanks.:sad:
