  4. i will post it tomorrow, never thought of doing that
  5. will do thanks, thought it was but was unsure!!, ukpc/credit security limited aint given up though had a good argument with them the other day, after receiving about the 40th final notice to take me to court they rang me, i was virtually begging them on the phone to take me to court, and at the end of the call she sound very perplexed at my reaction of wanting to go to court lol!! hopefully that will be the end of it but will let you all know how i get on, i quite look forward to there calls now its quite funny
  6. i have received a letter from windsor-smythe & partners regarding an unpaid parking ticket from opc i have sent off the basic letters and had my appeal turned down! (shocker!!) this letter is a FINAL REQUEST threatening county court for recovery, but also inclosed with this letter was a claim form from what looks like wolverhampton county court? it lists the claimant as opc, defendant as me and the details of the claim, now this has no claim number stamped on it or where there is a seal circle on the page i assume this is for the court stamp that is blank is this just another scare tactic or am i going to be looking at a court sumuns? i was declared bankrupt over 12 months ago and owe over 50K so not really bothered about the claim for £200 when i owed lloydstsb 3K and they were awarded nothing!, but i cant be bothered to go to court again! any advice on this new letter would be gratelly appreciated thanks
  7. ok i thought it had all died down but ive had a load of new letters while i was on holiday, two from rossendales saying there is a notice of vist to collect payment and then two from crs threatening court actionluckily i live with my parents and dont own anything in the house, and the car is on hirepurchase still so they cant take that as i was declared bankrupt last year so any court action will be a waist of time and money as im paying all i can afford to my creditors as it is!, personally i hope they take me to court so i can waist there time and money!! but if you were in my shoes what would you do??? and have you heard of this CRS?? thanks
  8. ok i received a letter from rossendales collect today requesting moneys!! they also sent 2 enlarged photos of "my car" 1 i admit is my car but not a very good photo and not showing the dash that well, the other is of the same color but has a sunroof and vents on the bonnet which mine clearly hasnt!! has any one heard of this rosssendales?? im still not paying though! and will be contacting them monday but any suggestions???
  9. but this letter was crs churchill recovery solutions acting on behalf of ukpc
  10. right i thought ukpc had given up but i was wrong! i received a letter from crs professional debt collectors the letter says you have failed to respond to our previous letter. This may result in either legal action being commenced against you or a visit from a doorstep collector. if legal action were to be taken, your debt would increase in respect of court fees and legal costs. to prevent this matter proceeding to court you should make payment in full now. any advice????????
  11. ok thanks, im not paying them a penny id rather goto court and explain to a judge what these highway men have been doing !!
  12. before ive had chance to post my cease and desist letters ive had both of my final reminders!! should i still send the cease and desist letters???
  13. many thanks will post that via recorded post tomorrow! and see what comes of it?
