Hi, I am shocked. Can someone please guide me. I got clamped at my own parking place because my permit slipped under another permit while driving. They charged me £320 to unclamp my car,... unbelievable.... I went through the appeal process and I took photos and proved to them that a bit of the permit was visible under the other permit and told them that I have been living here since 2 yrs and it in my parking slot belonging to the apartment. But they wrote back stating that they r not going to return my money. This is robbery, I was parked legally... what should I do? This happened in Hatfield, Salisbury village
