Rang acer when power pin came out of my laptop. They arranged for DHL to collect for repair for free under warranty. Now they want £160 to repair damaged LCD screen which must have got damaged either by DHL or by Acer repair centre. Their argument is that it had insufficient packaging as it was wrapped in bubble wrap. I rang DHL general enquiries and asked the best way to pack a laptop for collection and they said "use bubble wrap"!!!!! Any advice?
