This is my second time with Virgin . I have been informed by there technical dept that because i'm considered a high user there Server automaticlly cuts my bandwidth for a four hour period then reinstates it . I am on a 20mb line I average 18.8mb for 30mins then drop to 4.5mb for 4 hours , which greatly annouyes me because it interfiers with my streaming quality
