Hi, just after a bit of advice, been trawling past posts but am getting slightly confused. I am trying to get 2 defaults removed from my credit file, both of which I know for a fact have no signed agreeements to allow them to legally place these on my file. I sent letters to both companies (Barclays & Argos) requesting copies of my signed credit agreements and both sent responses saying they had enclosed agreements, but they were allowed to miss out the signiture and address. What should my next move be? I have read that I cannot take them to court to get this done as there has been on wrong doing but on another thread on here have also read that I can. Sorry for the long winded post, any help much appreciated.

Hi, I'm new to this forum but am trying to get copies of agreements to dispute information on my credit file. Am having trouble with 1 of the companies but hope someone here can help. I'm trying to get hold of a signed copy of the agreement, which I know they dont have, however I've recieved a letter back wiv a copy of the agreement without my signiture saying they can ommit certain details: address and signiture box. Is this right or not??? Any help appreciated.
