Hope you guys can help because im really stuck on how to purse this. Back in October, my sister (who lives at the same address as me and shares the same initial and surname) lost her barlcays debit card. so she rings up explain whats happened- she specifes at least three times that they need to be carfeul and NOT cancel my card because we have the same initials. she goes on to proceed through all the security questions- specifying her date of birth repeatedly and guess what- they cancel the wrong card- mine instead of here where do i go from here? they offered me £30 in way of an apology for cancelling my card and making me wait for a new one to arrive, for not having the decency to speak to me or leave a message saying how theyd messed up. Any advice on how to make them pay up? Am i realistic is asking for £200? or just being greedy? :-|
