  2. ok when i took out my mobile fone 6 months ago it said it the terms and condiotions that o2 would supple the simcard ok, well here we go, i lost my fone amonth back, and i didnt have insurance rite, so i called o2 and told them i lost it and asked what my would be my best option, they said they "would" send me a new sim card with my lost fone number and that i should get a a cheap fone to use untill my contract was up ok, well that was 3 months ago and iv not had any letters about the account being overdue and iv never seen a sim card to this day, so can they start to claim money from me if i havnt recived a new sim???? any help would be great
  3. to be honest i would try and get the garge that caused the damage to pay for another garage to fix the rear panel as i can promise you that if you get the garage that caused the damage to repair it they will just do a really quick repair to knock the dents out and wont even jig the car to check its right, but by the way your saying they left blocks in the boot then im guessing you mean wood which means they have already tried to do a quick repair and were unsucesfull, so i would go to another garage and get an estimate for the damge and then go back to the garage whom caused the damge with the estimate and try and get them to fix it, if they say no, then tell em you will go to trading standards
  4. if its a rebuilt engine them any problems with the engine then the people who did the rebuld should fix it at no cost, i would check into the company and see if the do a kinda warrenty with the engine as it was rebult one, but check to see if it was a full rebulid or a partial one, it sounds like a partial one to me which means they stripped the engine of all the bits like hoses pumps and that but left the head on the block and worked on the rest, thats what i think they have done, hope that helps
  5. ok i got a letter in from intrum justitia reguarding a debt with ebay, its a debt for £88.45, well the thing is i had my bank details already set with ebay and they have had no problems before taKng monet from my account then one month they never took the monthly payment, well i never thought anything of it, now "i didnt get any emails or anything from ebay" and i never heard anything about even through ebay messeges, untill i was blocked from ebay, i got back on after a while after i agreed to pay the outstanding paymet which was already passed to the dca it was intrum justitia, well i hadnt had any letter in from them untill now, (it was 7 months ago the ebay problem happen), well i really couldnt be edited with this dca so i sent them a letter template form here, You have contacted us regarding the account with the above reference number, which you claim is owed by ourselves. “WE DISPUTE THIS DEBT” and we have no record of ourselves ever having an account with your client, and have not had any contact from your client concerning this debt, so unless you can provide proof that we do owe this debt then please supply us with a copy of the proof, If you cannot provide us with the proof of the debt then We would like to point out that the OFT say under their Debt Collection Guidance on statute barred debt that “it is unfair to pursue the debt if the debtor has heard nothing from the creditor during the relevant limitation period”. The OFT Debt Collection Guidance states further that “continuing to press for payment after a debtor has stated that they will not be paying a debt because it is statute barred could amount to harassment contrary to section 40 (1) of the Administration of Justice Act 1970”. We await your written confirmation that this matter is now closed and that no further contact will be made concerning the above account after that last letter. We look forward to your reply. well on friday i got a reply saying that they will not be following this debt any further and that the matter is now closed.............................. RESULT :) :D :o :o :p

  7. hi balsafas, iv not gone any further with my case as im still baffled, the problemm thats baffling me is the fact that my claim is for almost 2k and iv read that only up to 750pounds can be put through the small cliams proceedings in scotland, so im still really confused
  8. well right now im claiming agianst rbs, lloydstsb, capital1, and vanquis bank, well after i sent my S.A.R's letter to vanquis they sent me a big envelope with lots of papers but i really couldnt understand them, there wasnt any statements or customer agrements or t+c, but there was a bit of paper saying i had been charges of £152.42, so i sent a letter back saying i wasnt happy that i didnt get any statements or anything and that i would like all the charges added to my account back, even tho i couldnt list any of the charges i thought i would still ask, well this morning i got a big envelope with all my statements and that and a letter at the bottom of the pile saying they offer me £139.29 as a good will gesture, :) im well chuffed so im accepting it, i hope all my other claims go this easy:p
  9. ok got an other letter from rbs, im gathering this is just a common letter, its saying that they will resolve my complaint once the legal proceedings between the office of fair traiding and the banks anre determined, im guessing my next step is court action?, if it is then how do i start going about court action?
  10. well i got a reply from rbs today, im guessing its just a standard response letter, its all about how they believe there charges are fair transparent and lawful blah blah blah, oh well my LBA will be posted to them tomorrow so hopefully they will refund them after they recive that,
