hey man can you help me????read mine..thank you

i have bought on internet a pair of trainers from debenhams on the 19th of december.They have sent me a receipt the same day that it will take only 5 working days.Its been more than 20 working days now (excluding sat and sun). i have contacted them on the phone without any resolution..they were keep on connecting me with different departments(2 or 3) to check my order.One of the departments told me that they couldnt find my order,other they found it and that its been sent already to me,another was telling to check if i had paid them...i have sent them so many emails,which it takes them more than a week to get a reply...the 1st email i have sent them they told me that the item has been despatched,that was on the 7th of jan. I havent got them yet...i have sent them a 2nd one the same week asking them whats wrong with my order...they told me that my item has been lost in transit!!!...i have sent them another one asking them what i should,will i get a refund and i was asking for a compensation also, plus i have explained the whole situation to them! They have replied me on the 18th of jan telling me that their records indicate that i should have received them by now...One thing is for sure there is NO COMMUNICATION between them,they are iresponsible...they dont even read my emails!!!!they dont care about the customer at all!!! ..I wanted to buy those trainers 2-3 months ago, and i have ordered them from debenhams because they were on sale...i could have bought them ages ago because i have spend more than 9 pounds on the phone calls i made to sort this out, whos going to give me this money?????i am really disapointed and furious the same time!!!! can any1 help me????advice me what should i do or something??please!thank you
