I CAN ONLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DIG A BIT DEEPER, MY WIFE MANAGED TO SPEAK WITH A SENIOR MEMBER OF THEIR STAFF WHO CONFIRMED THAT SINCE SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2007 THAT THEY CEASED PROVIDING SERVICES TO LBL AND THAT MANY LBL CUSTOMERS HAD CONTACTED THEM TO HELP THEM WITH CLAIMS. I AM NOT SAYING HOWEVER THAT ALL TIES ARE BROKEN. NOT LIKELY THAT EITHER OF THEM WILL OWN UP TO ANYTHING, BUT I HAVE CHECKED WITH COURTS IN CO DURHAM AND GEMINI HAVE STARTED PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THEM. Not so long ago i got a nice some of money from Log Book Loans. My Breif has informed me that Gemini, who took my car, have sacked Logbook loans and are suing them for a large amount of money!
