Hi all. Hope someone can give me some advice. About 4 years ago i got myself into some stupid financial difficulties. I eventually contacted a debt management agency who i pay monthly and they distribute funds to my creditors. About a year ago a company called Robinson Way began to ring my parents home demanding to speak to me regarding an unpaid account. They sent letters to my parents home also, instructing me that they were acting on behalf of a catalogue company. The problem was that a separate company called CK Edrupt were being paid by my debt management company on behalf of the same catalogue. I contacted Robinson Way by post, telling them this, unfortunately they would not accept this and threatened me with further action. I had not heard anything since, until today. A rep from the company rang my home today. I tried to explain the situation to her and suggested that she contact the debt collection agency who would probably clear this up. The girl became very angry with me and said i was being uncooperative and therefore she would be sending bayliffs to my home. Can she do this? Please help.
