I was called to a meeting on Monday afternoon, i was very concerned by the unexpected withdrawal of my contract of employment. When i arrived i was greeted by 3 Directors in the next breath i was told i had been sacked they muttered some vague reason at my ability to manage. I was in total shock the meeting lasted 5mins i had no idea they had a problem with my performance. I had only been there 5 mths not had a supervision either.
