i havent been on site for a few weeks and i'm astounded...........has anyone here actually done anything about all of this?????????????? or is just winjjjjing between 'friends' enough?

did the mechanic who fit the clutch tell you this from his own diagnosis (it could be a bad workman blaming his tools so to speak) or is there a general problem with that type of clutch that he knows about? What did the mechanic advise you to do next? It might be an idea to ring the Ford Dealer quoting the part number to see if there has been a general problem. (and maybe other suppliers)

I think food prices have definately increased, but I think it has been a gradual increase. after the floods quite a few items increased by 10/20p and since then on a weekly occurence things a couple of pence here and there. My weekly Tesco bill was around £35 earlier in the year, now its around £45.

id send the garage a bill for van rental.....

Origionally it was agreed that my friend would pay her and I paid him my share. Since she has been coming round regularly I have been paying her cash on a weekly basis. (since september)
