  1. Hi Everyone I have eventually got my court case date, 25th October at 10am. It says on the letter that I have to "deliver to each party and to the court offices copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing" no later than 14 days before the hearing. What do I need to do? Do I send all my bank statements back to barclays and to the court? Thanks J
  2. Hi Just to keep you informed I have had an Acknowledgment of Service through saying that Keith Jeremiah will be defending all of this claim dated 13/07. What can I expect next? jdsbellis
  3. Hi Everyone I have filed my claim with Moneyclaim Today, 10/07/2006. Claim no 6QZ45031. I have pm'd bankfodder this info. I have claimed for £815 + interest and costs. My LBA to Barclays was for £600 ish but have been charged by Barclays since hence the higher amount claimed. Do I now have to tell Barclays that I am claiming more money/have done a moneyclaim? Thanks James
  4. Hi all, I've been a member of this site for a while now and a friend suggested claiming back bank charges. I have taken the plunge and thought I would let you know my progress. 2nd May 2006 - Request for Data Protection Act - 40 Days to comply 17th May - Bank statements arrive. Go through statements with my highligher pen- bank owes me £655 18th May - Prelim Sent. 8th June - Standard reply offering to pay half of what I am owed which I have declined. 15th June - LBA sent - 14 days to comply Barclays have had their two weeks now after the LBA so I guess it is moneyclaim time. Any advice would be appreciated on how to go forward from here. Also Barclays stole another £95 from me during June so can I add this onto my claim? Thanks in advance James
