Well it appears that the clamper has damaged my car. I'm taking it to be repaired in a few days and I'm sending the bill to PCS, and if they don't pay I'm going to make a civil claim.

I've been getting letters for every tom dick and harry at my address for ages from MacKenzie Hall. They are the most rude, arrogant bunch of ***** on the planet. They have completely screwed up the credit at this address and none of it is my fault. They won't listen to reason and it's a waste of time ringing them, all they do is pour abuse into your ear. They take on old debts dating back decades and think they can ethically pursue pensioners, cancer patients, mental patients, etc. They ignore the statute of limitations and they make threats.
