  1. Is there anybody out there to advise on the following when I started a comany up 4 years ago the business accounts were open with Nat West as they offered us the best banking at the time. the turnover going into the bank on a weekly basis is an average of £25,000.00. To help start the business we took out an overdraft for £35,000 for working capital after investing £80,000 of own funds. after 6 months of using the overdraft we recieved a letter from Nat West stating that they were calling it in and if we could not pay it immediatly they were going to convert it to a loan secured on my house. after 3 years of paying the loan the actual amount owed is not eroding. we are paying £550.00 per month which is nearly all interest, and we still owe £33,000. we feel we are being ripped off. what are our rights and what is the best way of dealing with this, and finally can they just do this with out any authorisation

  3. I am totally confused by a letter i have received from the above company. strangly it was sent to a business that i was an area manager for, so the only record of my name and the business address being linked is because BT sent the business bills there in my name because i set up the contract, and still 2 years later BT have not amended it. anyway moving on. the letter states i owe £355.66 to a company called Varde Investment limited(who I have never heard of) I have tried calling on several occasions on a daily basis but it just rings and rings. it also states to text a number and they will call you back, again i have done this on several occasions. IS THIS A CON?? I am dreading my next mobile phone bill!! I will probably learn that each call or text is for a rediculous amount. can anybody advice on the next step:evil:
