  1. Hi recently received response to my LBA from clydesdale financial services saying that they have refunded 50% of charges in line with oft guidelines and basically they will not remove any further charges. they are calling the amount arrears charges when they have charged 22.50 for late letter charges they have already being paid more than double the original amount i dont know if this makes any difference they say that they have acted fairly and now say becuase i have defaulted on this account the balance has now been passed to an external debt collecting agency (ALLIED INTERNATIONAL CREDIT) who will contact me and if i reqiure any further information regarding this account that i should contact allied credit, and to consider this letter to be our final response to your complaint. do i still take clydesdale to court, and what do i do about allied credit Thanks for any replies
