  2. Hi d1n48s, It's unlikely court action will recover the full cost of the booking plus the amount they "pre-authorised" should they defend. Try a letter to their director asking for compensation in line with the amount they held on your account. let us know how you get on.
  3. Hi, nasty one. Bad news is if the delay was outside the airlines control, ie air trafic control restrictions, poor weather ect they're under no obligation to help you out. If your travel insurance would accept a letter from expedia detailing your missed connection they should be able to provide this.
