  2. I'm sure I could deal with that if it happened. Thanks
  3. Vampiress - Yeah I have read that it's a tactic they use but as the amount is for so little (£60) I don't want to have to end up taking as far as court as it wouldn't be worth it. I guess i'm at the deal or no deal stage. lol alanfromderby - That's good to hear. So in the case that I was to inccur charges in the future what I signed would be worthless and i could push them all the way to court to claim it.
  4. I received a call today from BoS Customer relations or whatever in response to my preliminary letter. They stated that I had agreed to them in my T&C's but offered me the full refund anyway. However, they said they will only refund my charges if I sign something to say I can't claim back charges again. (Can't remember what it is but they are sending me it) I'm guessing I could be screwing myself over for any potential future charges by signing it and but is it legal and will they really be able to use it in future to stop my claiming any more charges? I'm tempted to just sign it and get my charges back as i've only had 2 in 2 years as i'm pretty careful with my spending but of course things could change and I could be shooting myself in the foot by signing!!
