Hi all, just registered after finding this place when I googled RED debt collection (Lowell) to ring them up and discuss payment. I have not had any correspondance whatsoever apart from one letter threatening Bailliff action if I do not reply or pay up within 2 days. I paid them £37 off the £85 debt last friday. I realise I may not get this back. What is interesting is that I rang SKY up, who claim not to have any record of me whatsoever, or that I should owe them any money. Now having found this I have cancelled my card so that the payment doesn't come out of my account. I expect them to ringing and send some letters. I know that there have been quite a few people aggressively targeted by this. What would you say my standpoint is, both legally and how it's likely to proceed? Cheers J
