producer on the same document, no name at all on that ill scan it now....
-
so does that mean i dont have to do anything, not produce my documents to the station or anything like that?
-
scousegezer what should i do now then, ignore it or write a letter to someone or go to court?
-
no the original top copy is given to the motorist, it says on the water mark driver copy through it, the officer hasnt written my name on this..
-
i have got the top copy and he didnt write my name, he wrote my dob and address etc. the officer even came round my house afterwards to see the slip but i didnt show it, he said he was going to save me £60 but i thought he just wanted to to change it so never showed it... shall i ring them or send them part c back saying i want to go court, but then i have to write my name, and i dont want to give em that cos they aint got it, and ill be giving them more info than theyve got... also do you get £60 and 3 points for offence code e65 contravening no entry sign?

Hi i recieved a endorsable fixed penalty notice today for driving through a no entry road accidentally. but the issue is on the fixed penalty notice slip the police officer gave me, he didnt write my first name or surname on it. do i still need to pay the £60 and take the 3 points. i was thinking its got no name on it, so who are they going to prosecute? or do i need to write to someone, if so who. thanks

woo hoo i got my car back today. at last thanks to everyone who helped me get my car back. i faxed them a copy of the logbook which i got through yesterday, and the letter from page 1 again, and after about an hour the bailifs said they released the car. the muppets took out the bluetooth parrot handsfree, im gonna complain tomorrow. im on a roll...
-
so my next step is that i need to submit a claim to them.. no problem, i got the weekend to draft one up. and send it to them on monday. one question. who am i gonna be claiming of ?, im a bit confused, is it the bailiff company? whats the procedure after the claim form.. do i need to send them anything else. might aswell do all the work needed over the weekend.

does the car still need insurance, even if its off the road declared sorn and no tax, its got mot. no one was driving it when it got taken away it was parked up all the time, it doent even start, i thought it wouldnt make a difference. im gonna have to tell the manager tomorrow as the guy i spoke to was saying its ultimately he managers decision and hes not in today. any other tip, i can say to them
-
thats what im telling them. but they are insisting that there is insurance on the car, i told them that there is shown them the certificate told them to even ring the company who will confirm that car is insured etc etc. they keep going on about it for some reason, and are saying its unlikely that ill get the car back. i shown them the new keeper suppliment and reciept and the saying i could have back dated that and made it up. how else can i prove that i am the onwer of the car?

i havent got a clue, it was about 2 miles away from the previous owners house, in the same town, i think one of those vans with number plate recognition must have clocked it or something, but i was shocked.. and the baileff was not being any help, he doesnt give me any straight answers. i asked him what i need to show him, he gave me the number for his office which turned out to be a payment number that guy was useless aswell.

exactly the same thing happened to me aswell, bought a car non starter on sunday, parked it up off road until it could get fixed and it got clamped today i rang the number on the sticker and next min car was towed away. how did you get your car back? i have got reciept and my part off log book and traders motor insurance i think there were about 8 outstanding tickets thats what the guy said.
