Funny you should say that I was thinking the same thing this morning. Anybody got any ideas? I refuse to get this far and let Natwest win! Its been going on for ages and i'm so close!

Hi there, just thought id keep everyone updated on a current case I have with natwest, any advice/help is appreciated. My hearing date is on the 28th of August. I popped down to my local court today with my bundle only to be told if natwest apply for a stay it will be granted. What the hell??!!! Obviously ive jumped straight on here and had a look at the threads reguarding this but my question is has anyone actually successfully had a stay lifted? Im about to send my defence to cobbetts natwest's solicitors who im sure will then write to the courts asking for a stay. I will keep you all posted! Also in my defence I didnt have my original letters that I sent Natwest how important is this?
