  1. No its not the credit agreement request they want signature for. They want to match the signatures on the delivery signing sheet to that of my son's. They said if it matches then we have to pay and thats when ill take it to the police. However they said if it doesnt match then they will close the matter and all our account will also be closed.
  2. so should i go ahead with reporting it to the police. Or should i get my son to send in a copy of his signature like littlewoods have said they require to resolve the issue and then close down the accounts. Thing is what if they forged signature matches that of my son. Littlewoods coudl try pin this all on him when he wasnt even at home.
  3. cheers mate i will do that but before i report to police could you just tell me exactly to to ask for in the letter for the Credit agreement request.
  4. The problem is this i recieved a statement from littlewoods stating payment for a playstation 3 and 5 phones is due on the 3rd of september. However nobody from my household as orderd a playstation 3 or 5 phones or any other items from littlewoods. What shocked me even more was neither my wife, me nor my son have littlewoods accounts yet they send 3 letters in our names the ones with my wife and son's were blank however mine was not. So anyway i phone up littlewoods and they say my son accepted the items however when asking my son he said he didnt accept anything because he didnt order it and infact he wasnt even at home during the time when the items were supposed to have been delivered. Anyway so i tell them someone could of easily posed as house owner standing outside the house and accepeted items. They said they need a photocopy of my son's signature to prove it doesnt match that on the acceptance sheets they have. Why should my son have to send that in, because they could easily frame him and say it was him who accepted the items. The person who signed for the items knew who we were and obviously my son's name because they say his name was showing on the signature. Anyway i also told littlewoods we didnt order anything online. They even told me the name on the littlewoods account doesnt match that of mine and neither does the d.o.b. So i said to them well why are they trying to charge me if first ane on the account and d.o.b arent mine. Can someone who has had a similar problem or someone who knows what to do please tell me what the next step should be to make sure we dont have to pay for something we didnt order.
  5. Im writing on here behalf of my friend who is currently involved in a dispute with natwest on charges to his account that they are asking for. He checks his account online one day and its shows up with £6000 being paid into his account. He doesnt know who sent it and obviously he isnt going to tell the bank about this otherwise they would take it back out of his account. He goes the next day and withdraws the whole £6000 from his account. Later the same day he checks his online account and it shows up saying its been paid out and after checking it says its an unpaid cheque. Now the bank are asking him for the money back, why is this. The money was in his account and even though he didnt know who sent it he had the right to claim the money because it was in his account. What does anyone who might of had the same issue advise for my friend.
