  1. Hi everyone In January I bought a bed from a power seller shop on ebay, using the Buy It Now option. I didn't actually put the thing together until I moved house at the end of February and since then have had problems with slats falling out etc. Now the rail that the slats fit into has come away from the side of the bed completely, leaving it broken, very fragile and (from what I can see) not able to be fixed. I don't have the original emails from ebay but will have record of my paypal payment and feedback, proving the transaction. Do I have any rights regarding a refund or replacement? Many thanks
  2. Thank you for all your replies, I'm currently filling in details on the CCCS website. Just a question... what is a CCA request exactly and how does it work?
  3. I've got myself into such a mess with money, I don't know where to start. I had loans and credit cards with companies such as Citifinancial, Capital One, Royal Bank of Scotland plus a few other smaller debts. Now they have all been sold to debt collection agencies or bailiffs and I have just opened all the letters I have been ignoring. Some of these people have had no contact from me for over a year. I have a letter from Rutherbridge Limited, they appear to have bought the debt from Direct & Legal Collections who originally bought it from Citifinancial. The amount is £1692. The letter says they are no longer prepared to correspond with me and on the 30th July (which has gone!) will be advising the client to issue a petition for bankruptcy!! The other letters I have on behalf of other creditors are threatening bailiff action and doorstep visits. I already have Scotcall calling to my house all the time and I just don't know what to do, I don't know where to start. I can't believe I've let it get this far. Any advice would be so much appreciated.
