I have sent the letter to Cobbetts with the list of charges and the denial of their request. Now awaiting a reply. I see your reply (the AQ) took 5(ish) days. I posted it (registered Mail) on Friday (29/07) so hopefully it will come soon. Great news about the response you received from the court.
