no accounts in arrears but have overdrafts on 2 accounts

Hi just to update sent off letter of acceptance of goodwill gesture and waited for refund after waiting 7 weeks rang customer relations department (08000154242 if anyone needs it) and they say they have nit recieved the letter it must have been lost in post. they give you 8 weeks if they do not here from you they say it is void is this the case or not .

HI I am new to here, i successfully won a claim for £228 in charges on my wifes bank account it said they were paying it as gesture of goodwill, and that i had 8 weeks to accept the offer or it was null and void i sent the reply back straight away expecting the funds deposited into the account but so far nothing has been paid can anyone tell me how long it takes for them to deposit. it has so far been 6 weeks. hi I am new to here but was considering claiming £800 in charges back from lloyds tsb. I have successfully recovered £230 back from nat west for my wife but she has only been with them for 2 years so we were not worried if we were kicked out from them. But i have been withe tsb for 28 years and have a lot of accounts with them as well as a mortgage and i was wondering if anyone could tell me of the consequences of making a claim and if they would not cooperate or bully me in any way has anybody had any experience of this. Thanks
