Still no news from the customer complains department its been more than 14 days shall I go to FSO now:evil:

I received a letter back from the complaints department, stating that they are very disappointed that I am unhappy with there services and they will be looking into my matter throughly i should recieve some correspondance from them within 12 days:rolleyes:

Thats the problem my mrs shredded it all, so I've got nothing, not very good I know

Can't anyone help, its a strange predicament to be in the bank said that I must have fallen into a black hole.

Has anyone had problems with these... My Girlfriend ordered a few item off the catalogue choice the size and colour she liked and returned the rest.. But on my account its showing an outstanding balance and late payment fees. She returned these items but they are saying they were never returned, she has lost the return receipt from the couriers. I have paid for the item she decided to keep. So the balance should be zero. But the interest is building everyday.... I don't pay this balance for items I haven't got...

I don't know if you can help me but I agreed to pay off my loan with Lloyds last February, I signed the early settlement fee paperwork and sent it back I never heard anything else from them. The money was still in my account. Last week I received a letter from the collections department in Brighton telling me that my account was in arrears and they had taking £6132.96 out of my account to pay the arrears and told me that I owe another £6780 on top. They will be charging me interest everyday on this amount and they've already added an extra £1450 for missed direct debit payments. Now surely this is they're mistake for not taking the money and I shouldn't be charged all this interest and only pay the orignal settlement fee as agreed and signed for. I have spoke to my manager and he advised me to write a letter of complaint. I would really appreciate some help with this one as its affecting my work and social life. Even if it just sample complaint letters.
