  1. i did originally make a mistake on my claim form and had to make a revised POC which included alot of statatues of law.got all of this off Martins moneysavinexpert site so i claimed the interest aswell as the original charges.also did another list of charges as thought the one i gave the court was incomplete.the court sent them back saying there was no heading(didnt understand that) and it had no statement of truth on it.i had to send lloyds solicitors a copy and send it back to the court.i added a statement of truth to them and did what they asked.havent got my POC here cos im at my b/fs and everything is at my house.there are no witness statements.i will phone the court tomorow.thank you for your help much appreciated. :)
  2. phoned the court today and got told my allocation hearing is still on.letter say: IT IS ORDERED THAT the action set down for an allocation hearing on 31st august 2007 at 10.00am at ******* county court ***** estimated time of hearing 30 minutes. the issues raised in this case make it unsuitable for allocation to the small claims track.the court is proposing to allocate it to the fast track. if either party wishes to make representatives on that proposal they must be made in writing and copied to the other side not less than 3 clear days before the allocation hearing. in the event that neither party attends the allocation hearing, the claim shall be struck out. the allocation hearing is by telephone conference.the parties must follow the practise direction to CPR23 at paragraph 6.where one party is unrepresented it is the responsibility of the represented party to arrange the conference. my claim is for £2500(inc interest).iv never had any correspondance from lloyds solicitors about their defence by letter or phone calls.iv not been asked for any money or any for the allocation hearing(could be because im on benefits).i thought fast track was for claims of £5000 or more.do i need to bring my court bundle with me,what is CPR23 at paragraph 6?what happens if lloyds solicitors doesnt arrange the telephone conference?im off on hol soon (UK)for a week so need help asap.thanking you in advance for your help;) ;)
